During the analysis of the site we were interested in the topography. We became aware of the diversity of views offered by the site. Water is strongly present, and the relationship that one maintains with it varies according to the point where one is located. This is why I chose to articulate my project around the cliff, and to make it follow the existing lines of the site.


By splitting the program into three parts, I oriented each fraction towards a specific framing and gave it a different atmosphere from each other. The last building, for example, enjoys a view of both the distant and the near landscape, creating an interesting play of scale and dimension. Thus, these three blocks that gradually descend the slope merge into the site because of their filigree architecture. The public space, the flagship element of the project, connects the blocks together and overlooks the larger landscape.
